Privacy Policy

SaigonFilm Television Technology Joint Stock Company (“SAIGONFILM”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law (No. 91/2025/QH15, effective January 1, 2026) and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you use the SaigonFilm Jobs mobile application (“App”) and the website https://saigonfilm.vn (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

We only collect information with your consent (including anonymized data) and limit collection to what is necessary for the core features:

• Google Sign-In profile data: name, email address, avatar and user ID (we do not receive or store your Google password).
• Profile & expertise data: display name, skills, level, experience points (XP), CV link/file uploads, ratings, and task history (for leveling).
• Automatically collected data: device info (model, OS version, unique device ID), IP address, app usage data (views/selections, time spent, crash logs, navigation).
• Task & project data: assigned tasks, project details, roles (leader/member), revenue split percentage, deadlines, statuses.
• Other: uploaded files (e.g., contracts, CV stored on Google Cloud Storage), and approximate location at city level only when you explicitly consent (we currently do not use precise GPS).

2. How we use your information

• Authenticate accounts via Google Sign-In and manage roles.
• Support task assignment, project coordination, ratings and leveling.
• Display professional profiles, track progress (XP/tasks) and support internal training paths.
• Analyze usage to improve the App (AI features, if any, will require separate consent).
• Send support/updates only when you consent.
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., contracts, PDPL).

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it when necessary:

• With Google for authentication (limited profile data per Google policy).
• With service providers (e.g., Google Cloud for storage, analytics tools like Firebase if used).
• Within the platform as required by roles (e.g., task details visible to your team/Master/Partner).
• With law enforcement or authorities when required by law.
• In the event of merger/acquisition.

Any third party (including Google Sign-In SDK and cloud providers) must provide a level of protection equivalent to or higher than this policy. We will obtain your explicit permission before sharing personal data with third parties for new features (e.g., future AI features).

4. Google Sign-In and authentication

We use Google Sign-In as the only login method to ensure convenience and security. Google shares limited data (name, email, avatar, user ID) only for authentication. We use this data to create/maintain your account and provide personalization (e.g., profile display, task assignment).

You can manage or revoke access at any time:

• Via your Google account settings.
• In the App: Settings → Account → Connected accounts → Revoke Google Sign-In. We do not store Google auth/token off-device except as needed for a session.

5. Third-party services & potential AI

If we introduce third-party AI (e.g., CV analysis or automated task assignment), we will clearly disclose what data is sent and obtain separate, explicit consent from you before sending any data.

6. Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (commonly up to 2–5 years after account deletion/last activity to comply with contract records). Deleting an account triggers data deletion subject to legal retention obligations.

7. Your rights & account deletion

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, update or delete personal data.
• Withdraw consent (e.g., revoke Google Sign-In).
• Object to / restrict processing.
• Request data portability.
• Complain to competent authorities.

Because the App uses Google Sign-In for account creation, you can delete your account directly in the App: Settings → Account → Delete account. This initiates deletion of profile, task history, wallet (after settlement), etc., subject to legal requirements. To revoke Google access, see Section 4.

8. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If discovered, the data will be deleted immediately.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit/at rest, access control) to protect data. No method is 100% secure.

10. International transfers

Data may be transferred and processed outside Vietnam (e.g., Google servers in the US/Singapore). We use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses in compliance with PDPL.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes may be notified in the App. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
